What you will do

• Develop creative and conceptual approaches for digital content and campaigns.
• Translate concepts into concrete designs and create digital assets hands-on.
• Provide conceptual foundations for smaller projects and support them through visual execution.
• Establish AI-powered video production as an independent team capability and develop it further.
• Contribute to creative processes, standards, and workflows.

Requirements

• Strong creative and conceptual skills for digital formats.
• Experience using AI in creative production and evaluating practical use cases.
• Experience with a range of digital channels and content formats.
• Ability to execute ideas and content visually; an art direction background is preferred.
• Independent, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style.
• Very good German language skills at C1 level or above.
