Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Hybrid, with the primary workplace at the office in Danderyd, Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do

• Develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve infrastructure services for camera-based driving range technology.
• Translate business and operational needs into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through delivery and coordinate initiatives across infrastructure, software, hardware, sourcing, and event teams.
• Test and finalize internally developed camera hardware and software, including configuration, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Train and mentor infrastructure colleagues and support global teams and partners in operating hirify.global technology.
• Help establish and develop infrastructure capabilities in the US and other international markets.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in infrastructure roles.
• Deep knowledge of Linux environments, networks, and system administration.
• Ability to understand complex interactions between infrastructure, hardware, and software components.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information to different audiences.
• Experience collaborating with international teams, partners, or suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Network and System Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Python programming skills.
• Experience with Ansible and infrastructure automation.
• Interest in developing an Infrastructure as a Service approach.
