What you will do

• Lead and personally deliver consulting missions and projects for Energy, Resources & Utilities clients.
• Monitor and steer the work of consultants while ensuring service quality.
• Develop hirify.global’s market share in the Belgian Energy, Resources & Utilities sector through prospecting, proposals, and customer relationship management.
• Build thought leadership by analyzing market trends, business models, innovations, and emerging client challenges.
• Produce case studies, expertise letters, press articles, and other materials supporting marketing and business development.
• Coach consultants and guide consulting teams across energy, resources, and utilities engagements in Belgium.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
• Fundamental understanding of the Energy, Resources & Utilities market.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in an energy-sector consulting company.
• Experience conducting relevant projects, managing teams, developing business, and personally delivering consulting services.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English required; Dutch is mandatory.
