Junior Graphic Designer (AI)

Location: London, hybrid with 1–2 days per week in the office

hirify.global’s Experiences business operates the Buyagift and Red Letter Days brands, helping customers create and personalise memorable experiences.

What you will do

• Design seasonal advertising, campaign banners and digital assets for owned and third-party channels, including Tesco, Argos and Amazon.
• Create website imagery, email designs and customer touchpoints for Trading and Marketing teams.
• Adapt templates and resize artwork for different platforms and channels.
• Support printed product and packaging rollouts across major retailers, including John Lewis.
• Execute creative briefs and maintain consistent, high-quality work in line with brand guidelines.
• Apply feedback, revise creative work and collaborate with Trading, Product, Marketing and Retail teams.

Requirements

• Creative enthusiasm, fresh ideas and the ability to connect creative thinking to a brief.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Comfort receiving feedback and developing creative work through revisions.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach to creative challenges.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and AI.
• Availability to work in London on a hybrid basis, attending the office 1–2 days per week.
