Software/AI Engineer

Location: Penang, Malaysia; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Lead software initiatives end to end, from problem definition and stakeholder consultation through architecture, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop custom full-stack applications, RPA solutions, AI-driven systems, and agentic solutions.
• Design and implement AI models, machine learning workflows, and agentic architectures for production environments.
• Manage Linux-based cloud infrastructure, Docker environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, clean code, documentation, data safety, and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in software development or AI engineering; the required experience duration is not specified.
• Strong Python skills; experience with other programming languages is optional.
• Experience with Linux-based cloud infrastructure and Docker.
• Knowledge of agentic AI, machine learning, and computer vision.
• Ability to independently own projects end to end and rapidly learn new frameworks.
• Proven ability to use coding assistants productively while critically validating their outputs for quality and security.
