Join as a Senior Success Factors Consultant to work on global SAP projects, implement full-cycle solutions, and engage with top-tier clients and professionals.

What you will do

• Guide complex projects and develop innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Lead business process re-engineering and technology enablement efforts
• Build trusted client relationships beyond project lifecycles
• Facilitate workshops to determine functional requirements
• Configure SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems to meet client needs
• Train end-users and provide leadership to junior personnel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• Minimum five years consulting experience in HCM solutions
• At least five years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM configuration experience
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel to client locations
