What you will do
- Play a key role in all project phases of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations, including ongoing operational support.
- Advise specialist departments on the feasibility of requirements, conducting process re-design workshops, testing solutions, and enabling end users.
- Support presales activities by preparing proposals, presenting solutions, and carrying out system demonstrations.
- Continuously build expertise in new features and modules within the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
Requirements
- Experience in SAP development for 4+ years.
- Proven project experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions.
- Extensive product knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, including independent configuration.
- Experience in carrying out analyses of time management processes within organizations.
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Application Associate certification.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
- Level of German – from Intermediate and above.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP SF Employee Central, SAP HCM Time Management and integration options with time system providers such as Interflex or dormakaba.
