SAP CX Consultant (SAP)

TL;DR

SAP CX Consultant (SAP): Consulting on the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions with an accent on designing and integrating enterprise web and e-commerce platforms. Focus on process modeling, complex solution design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP CX solutions.

Location: Must be based in Europe (fully remote, hybrid, or onsite options available).

What you will do

• Consult on SAP Commerce Cloud, including implementation, customization, and optimization.
• Support clients in designing, configuring, and integrating SAP CX solutions.
• Conduct process modeling and create solution designs tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP Commerce Cloud solutions.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting, enhancements, and system upgrades.

Requirements

• Experience in SAP development for 4+ years.
• Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud projects, from requirement analysis to go-live.
• Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP CX environments.
• Experience with Sales Cloud V1, Sales Cloud V2, Service Cloud, or C4C.
• English: Upper-Intermediate and above required.
• German: Intermediate and above required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud/Emarsys and/or Customer Data Cloud/Platform.
• Understanding of customer journey optimization and omnichannel commerce strategies.
