TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead appearance design, CMF specifications, UI, physical HMI, ergonomics, and installation concepts for energy-storage products, inverters, and accessories.
- Create product renders and marketing visual assets.
- Oversee prototyping details, sample acceptance, and design validation.
- Collaborate with mechanical, hardware, and marketing teams to deliver production-ready designs from concept through mass production.
- Research existing products, validate optimization opportunities, and monitor global design and user-experience trends in the new-energy sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of industrial-design experience and at least 2 mass-market products launched.
- Strong sketching, design fundamentals, aesthetic judgment, form development, and surface-modelling skills.
- Proficiency with Rhino, KeyShot, SolidWorks, and basic graphic tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of plastics, soft rubber, sheet metal, injection moulding, CNC, 3D printing, bending, and welding.
- English proficiency equivalent to CET-4 is required, including good reading and writing and basic listening and speaking.
Nice to have
- Experience with Blender, 3D animation, energy-storage or inverter design, and AIGC tools.
- International experience or domestic/international design awards.
