TL;DR
Senior Product Designer, Web3 Growth (Web3/DeFi): Designing growth-oriented DeFi products and marketing initiatives with an accent on user conversion, transaction workflows, data display, and intuitive user experiences. Focus on leading end-to-end product design, building high-fidelity prototypes and interaction flows, and solving complex user experience challenges across global web3 products.

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from user and business insights through implementation.
- Design intuitive, trustworthy, and visually polished DeFi experiences, including transaction workflows, data displays, and feature execution.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interaction designs, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
- Design growth products and marketing initiatives that improve user conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate with product, development, marketing, design system, UX writing, and brand teams.
- Participate in design reviews, design thinking workshops, and cross-regional projects with global teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing consumer-facing internet products.
- Strong visual design skills and the ability to deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity designs.
- Experience with growth products, conversion flows, user acquisition or retention mechanisms, or marketing initiatives.
- Practical experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, logical thinking, and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English for work communication is required.
Nice to have
- Experience designing growth products, marketing campaigns, or financial exchange products.
- Motion design or advanced prototyping skills.
- Experience maintaining design systems across platforms.
- Experience with data-driven design and distributed teams across time zones.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline.
