TL;DR
Senior Product Designer, Wallets (Web3): Designing transaction workflows, data displays, and features for Web3 wallet and DeFi products with an accent on complex crypto operations, intuitive user experiences, and cross-functional product development. Focus on designing token swaps, wallet management, and other advanced trading workflows, validating solutions through research and data, and making decentralized finance accessible to novice and professional traders.

What you will do
- Synthesize input from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables.
- Translate research insights into new products, features, workflows, and detailed interactions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams in Asia and internationally throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the design vision.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data, design reviews, and workshops to improve design quality and inform decisions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Visual Design, UI Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing complex fintech, crypto, or Web3 products and solving product problems from scratch.
- Strong understanding of DeFi, DEX trading, crypto wallet management, token swaps, and cross-chain bridges.
- Ability to balance advanced trading features with intuitive experiences for novice and professional traders.
- Experience with user-centered design, experimentation, research techniques, and independent design validation.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, UX writers, and researchers.
Nice to have
- Experience designing fintech, investment platform, or crypto products.
- Experience working across offices and time zones.
- Understanding of the React framework for front-end development.
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops or design sprints.
