Marketo Admin/Operations Manager (f/m/d) (Marketo)

Location: On-site in Krakow, Poland

What you will do

• Administer Marketo, including fields, data, users, and permissions.
• Manage platform integrations and maintain reliable Marketo–Salesforce functionality.
• Oversee operational models, standard work, and documentation.
• Support scalable campaign setup and execution in partnership with IT and Compliance.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison, gather sales feedback, and improve sales enablement capabilities.

Requirements

• Certified Marketo Administrator (Business Practitioner).
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation operations.
• Experience driving process improvements and business outcomes through platform management.
• Fluent English, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.

Nice to have

• CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Python, MySQL, REST API, or Dell Boomi experience.
• Experience with Jira, Figma, or Salesforce.
