What you will do
- Manage front-end applications and provide application management support for inventory management, POS, and B2B/B2C services in Japan.
- Coordinate with global teams, local vendors, application support, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Develop front-end system roadmaps based on local user and retail requirements.
- Lead application projects, define local IT strategies, and deliver solutions aligned with global IT policies.
- Maintain and enhance existing systems while improving the omnichannel platform and its operational stability.
- Act as the key IT contact for related business functions and support the growth of individual employees.
Requirements
- Experience with retail, inventory management, or order management systems.
- Project management skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience coordinating vendors and supporting internal application maintenance teams.
Nice to have
- SAP FICO and SDMM experience.
- Experience in the apparel and footwear retail industry.
