Supplier Quality Engineer (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Manage supplier qualification, including supplier process qualification where required.
• Lead the supplier corrective action request process and manage supplier change requests.
• Conduct and support supplier audits.
• Maintain supplier performance measurement, monitoring, and improvement processes using DBS.
• Develop and execute corrective and preventive action plans to resolve supplier non-conformances.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Sourcing teams on supplier quality activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in Quality within a similar business unit or industry.
• At least 3 years of quality experience.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and site-level products and processes.
• Experience in supplier technical development or supplier quality development.
• Knowledge of critical quality aspects in industrial process control and their verification and validation through process qualification.
• English is required as the working language.
