District Manager (Retail)

Location: Remote, Kentucky, United States (KY 40601); regular store visits are required.

What you will do

• Lead district sales performance, customer experience, productivity, profitability, shrink, payroll, and staffing results.
• Ensure consistent execution of merchandising, merchandise flow, sell-through, and operational standards across stores.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop store managers and their teams.
• Visit stores regularly to recognize strong performance and provide coaching and support.
• Partner with Human Resources and corporate business partners on employee relations, talent planning, asset protection, and visual operations.
• Use business reports, metrics, root cause analysis, and contingency planning to improve district performance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate others.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office applications.
• Four-year degree preferred.
