Director of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions

Location: hirify.global campus, United States; the role includes in-person and online recruiting events and campus liaison responsibilities.

Salary: $78,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead centralized graduate application processing, admissions decisions, residency reviews, and enrollment operations in compliance with university and Board of Regents policies.
• Develop and implement graduate recruitment, marketing, communication, outreach, and enrollment strategies.
• Plan and deliver professional in-person and online recruitment events for prospective students, faculty, and staff.
• Supervise recruitment and admissions coordinators, graduate assistants, and student workers, including training and performance management.
• Manage CollegeNET recruitment and application systems, CRM plans, user training, reporting, and integration with the BANNER system.
• Create and maintain graduate student orientation resources in Canvas and on the program website.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, student services, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Progressively responsible experience in graduate admissions, student recruitment, enrollment management, higher education administration, or a related field.
• Experience developing and implementing student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment strategies.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex requirements across different scenarios and records, including international documents.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Experience supervising employees through training, work assignment, feedback, and performance management.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience with relational databases, student information systems, CRM or recruitment systems, and data and reporting tools.
• Experience collaborating with faculty, academic departments, administrators, and campus stakeholders.
• Knowledge of graduate academic programs, student services, and university admission policies and procedures.
