International Tax Associate (Tax)

Location: Boston, United States; travel to assigned client locations is required, with reliable transportation access and arrangements.

Salary: $74,800–$89,250 per year

What you will do

• Complete tax planning and research for business and individual clients.
• Provide cross-border, federal, state, and local tax planning advice.
• Build international tax planning relationships with hirify.global affiliates.
• Research tax treaties, laws, and regulations.
• Write memoranda and other documentation on complex tax issues.
• Develop tax-planning ideas that can reduce clients’ effective tax rates.

Requirements

• Accounting degree, J.D. degree, or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Ability to travel to assigned client locations and arrange reliable transportation.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
