Facility Manager

Location: Danderyd, Sweden; fully in-office

What you will do

• Manage hard and soft facility management services across the Danderyd offices, manufacturing, R&D, and logistics site.
• Manage suppliers, service contracts, vendor relationships, and facility-related requests and escalations.
• Oversee site health, safety, security, compliance, and systematic fire prevention activities.
• Build collaborative relationships with departments and support local management.
• Coordinate facility projects including office moves, space refits, and rebuilds.
• Act as the primary liaison with the property landlord and occasionally support other company offices in Sweden.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Facility Management services.
• Good understanding of core facility systems, including HVAC and electricity.
• Experience managing vendors and assisting with budgets, with solid project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English are required.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel occasionally to other company sites in Sweden.
