Client Relationship Specialist, International Branch

Salary: USD $50,900–$83,900 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Support the operational success of international branches under the guidance of a Branch Manager.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience for international clients.
• Handle client needs with tact and diplomacy across multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Build and maintain effective cross-enterprise working relationships.
• Develop financial services expertise and pursue Series 7 and 63/66 licensing with company support.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of client or customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working with international clients.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with international jurisdictions, Cross-Border Initiatives, or non-US entity accounts, including offshore corporations.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related industry.
• Series 7 and 63/66 licenses.
