Treasury Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Record and execute daily business payments through online banking platforms and electronic money institutions.
• Select appropriate payment routes and verify IBAN, SWIFT, Sort Code, and ABA/Routing details.
• Process SWIFT, SEPA, local, and intercompany transfers.
• Monitor transaction statuses, send payment confirmations, and investigate rejected, pending, or returned payments with banks.
• Provide invoices, contracts, and other documentation for bank compliance and AML/KYC requests.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in treasury, bank back-office operations, or finance with a focus on payment processing.
• Hands-on knowledge of international payment systems, including SWIFT and SEPA.
• Experience with online banking platforms, EMIs, and global payment detail validation.
• Basic understanding of banking compliance, KYC, and AML procedures.
• Ability to manage large data volumes, advanced spreadsheet skills, accountability, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid Intermediate English or higher and fluency in Ukrainian or Russian required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, 1C, or other ERP systems.
• Experience with European banks and EMIs.
• Experience supporting non-resident companies across international jurisdictions.
