Investor Delivery Supervisor

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Financial services provider delivering fund administration, banking, payments, fund financing, foreign exchange, custody, and operational solutions for public and private investment funds.

What you will do

• Support daily investor operations across onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, investor maintenance, dealing, reporting, and cash processing.
• Review investor account documentation and transactions for accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Resolve investor, client, and internal stakeholder queries, escalating complex issues when required.
• Monitor workloads and service levels to ensure accurate delivery within agreed deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvements, risk and control activities, and departmental projects.
• Guide team members and encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in transfer agency, fund administration, asset management, banking, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a client-service mindset.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of investor onboarding, AML/KYC requirements, dealing, investor servicing, and cash processing.
