TL;DR
IT Compliance Coordinator (SOX): Assessing and documenting IT General Controls, coordinating SOX and IT audit activities, and supporting the integrity of financial reporting systems with an accent on control effectiveness, audit evidence, and issue remediation. Focus on conducting walkthroughs and testing, coordinating Internal, External, and EY audits, and collaborating with ERP, IT Security, and infrastructure teams.
Location: Kraków, Poland; on-site at Cytiva, a sister company. Occasional travel of up to 5% may be required.

What you will do
- Assess and document IT General Controls within the IT SOX program.
- Coordinate with SOX Project Management to prepare, review, approve, and archive project documentation.
- Work with Internal Audit and External Audit on walkthroughs, testing, findings documentation, remediation, and follow-up.
- Participate in EY SOX audits three times per year by gathering required documentation and evidence.
- Share best practices with the Cytiva SOX IT team and collaborate with ERP, IT Security, infrastructure, and other IT teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT compliance, IT SOX controls, and auditing IT SOX controls.
- Strong understanding of SOX regulations and IT General Controls.
- Experience with IT audit methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency with GRC applications, audit tools, and related software.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with NIS2, GDPR, or ISO 27001.
