What you will do

• Lead the creation, implementation, governance, and compliance of enterprise architecture standards and artifacts.
• Develop and maintain sustainable technology roadmaps aligned with business strategies and capabilities.
• Lead architects and technical leaders, manage architects when required, and mentor Principal and Senior employees.
• Resolve architectural uncertainties through prioritization, planning, architectural sprints, and portfolio backlog management.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, vendors, tools, and services through assessments, prototypes, and proof-of-concept work.
• Ensure architectural quality across design and runtime dimensions, including code coverage, complexity, performance, stability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Authority in the systems development life cycle, from concept and development through implementation, operations, and support.
• Experience leading value stream mapping and business capability definition.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development and maintenance methods, risk assessment, change management, configuration management, reliability, and metrics.
• Ability to communicate architecture persuasively to technical, business, leadership, and management audiences.
• Sound knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, continuous deployment tools, and techniques.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ArchiMate as an enterprise architecture modeling language.
• Familiarity with BizzDesign for enterprise architecture modeling.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies, cloud solutions, and vendor capabilities.
