Lead Senior Investor, LocalONE

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Execute quality local media campaigns through negotiation and allocation of media schedules.
• Deliver cost-effective schedules and manage the stewardship, maintenance, pre-posting, rerating, and performance tracking of media buys.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare cost projections, and secure added value, bonus, or compensatory weight when required.
• Evaluate and position multi-platform proposals while providing recommendations based on market trends, competitive intelligence, and client objectives.
• Build strategic relationships with vendor partners and identify opportunities for emerging technology and campaign innovation.
• Train and mentor assistants and investors while overseeing invoice reconciliation and post-log reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience at the senior investor level.
• Strong negotiation, mathematical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, anticipate next steps, identify problems, and develop solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and mentor colleagues.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Strata View, and SBMS.
