Music Studio Demos and Songwriting Camps Manager (AI Music)

Location: New York City office five days per week when not traveling; frequent travel across the United States and occasional international travel. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 base salary annually, before equity.

Suno is a consumer entertainment and AI music company building a creative platform for making and producing original music.

What you will do

• Execute writing camps and studio activations from pre-production through post-camp wrap, including technical setup, logistics, and creative facilitation.
• Provide live demos, hands-on education, and real-time troubleshooting to help artists integrate Suno into their workflows.
• Show how AI tools can support ideation, production, and experimentation across the music-making process.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to beta test features and communicate artist needs and feedback.
• Document camp learnings, technical issues, and creative discoveries as actionable product insights.
• Refine activation approaches with the Director of Artist Partnerships based on artist feedback and hands-on experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at music or technology companies, bridging creative and technical domains.
• Background as a musician, producer, and/or artist.
• Expert knowledge of music production, studio operations, recording techniques, and contemporary workflows across multiple genres.
• Strong relationships with artists, producers, recording studio staff, and music industry professionals.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts into creative guidance and creative needs into technical requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work five days per week from the New York office when not traveling; US work eligibility is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in product-focused roles at technology or music companies.
• Experience using Suno or the ability to rapidly master new music production platforms.
• B.S. degree in Music, Computer Science, or a related field.
