Technical Professional Leader - Civil

Location: Hybrid work with required office work in Newark, Delaware

What you will do

• Lead civil engineering design projects and function as a civil project lead.
• Prepare construction quality documentation for civil engineering projects.
• Develop design documents for facility site planning and development.
• Prepare erosion and sediment control designs and specifications.
• Provide authoritative technical decisions and recommendations across broad engineering activities.
• Negotiate critical technical issues with senior engineers and external organizations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering.
• At least 10 years of related experience; typical experience is 15 or more years.
• Experience with roadway design.
• Experience in stormwater management.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and AutoCAD.

Nice to have

• Experience in railroad design.
