SEO Lead (AI SaaS)

What you will do

• Own SEO strategy and execution across all markets, starting with DACH and expanding internationally.
• Define website page structure and collaborate with website and engineering teams on technical SEO.
• Lead keyword research for traditional search engines and AI-generated discovery results.
• Commission or write content designed to achieve top rankings.
• Manage a monthly SEO budget of approximately €20,000–€30,000.
• Work with external agencies while retaining ownership of the overall SEO strategy.

Requirements

• 5–10 or more years of dedicated, full-time SEO experience with measurable results at meaningful scale.
• Proven international SEO experience across markets outside the home region.
• Fluency in English and German is required for the DACH market focus.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create high-quality SEO content.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow or similar website platforms.
• Experience managing significant budgets and working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
