What you will do
- Provide operational support to corporate-based financial advisors and their clients.
- Open and maintain accounts, prepare forms, process money movement, transfers, distributions, and other account activities.
- Respond to client and partner inquiries by phone, email, fax, mail, and monitored team mailboxes.
- Research complex issues, resolve notifications and NIGOs, route escalations, and communicate task status.
- Conduct proactive outreach regarding RMDs, account repapering, distributions, and 1099s.
- Coordinate with clients, advisors, broker-dealers, and operations teams while preparing reports and proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service or operations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, explain complex information clearly, exercise business judgment, and perform under pressure.
- Ability to work directly with clients and maintain professional relationships with advisors and internal partners.
Nice to have
- SIE and Series 7 licenses.
- Experience training and developing other employees.
