What you will do

• Open and maintain trust accounts, including processing contributions, distributions, and transfers.
• Ensure accurate money movement, account reconciliation, and account maintenance.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues and provide standardized account information.
• Coordinate account-related activities with teams across the organization.
• Create daily account activity reports by consolidating data from multiple systems.
• Review accounts for compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trust account administration, operations, personal banking account management, or institutional trust and custody account management.
• Knowledge of securities, including bonds and dividends.
• Understanding of regulations governing trust and institutional custody.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in trust operations.
