Entry Level Data Package Specialist

What you will do

• Receive pharmaceutical analytical data from laboratories in various formats.
• Compile and organize results into final reports using databases.
• Check data and reports for accuracy before releasing analytical results to clients.
• Perform administrative office duties, including scanning, copying, filing, and email correspondence.
• Manage multiple tasks and communicate with coworkers and internal clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Basic understanding of GMP regulations, or the ability to learn them.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and in-house databases.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, judgment, and ability to meet deadlines.
