TL;DR
Technical Product Manager Lead (Infrastructure): Refining and prioritizing product backlogs for platform foundations such as infrastructure, frameworks, authentication, and other capabilities supporting merchants and customer experience with an accent on translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint plans. Focus on coordinating US-based product and Poland-based engineering teams, leading release and change management, and evaluating delivered features against product vision and business value.
Location: 43 Mogilska, Krakow, Poland; onsite

What you will do
- Refine, manage, and prioritize product backlogs with the US product management team.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on sprint planning, priorities, and alignment.
- Partner with designers and product and engineering management on solution design and product increment planning.
- Lead release and change management activities and communicate delivery timelines or delays.
- Validate feature quality, stakeholder needs, business value, and alignment with product vision.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Owner in a product-focused company.
- Experience in web technology development, including prior programming experience.
- Experience with infrastructure and information systems.
- Strong prioritization, negotiation, stakeholder management, and outcome-focused decision-making skills.
- Experience defining product specifications, overseeing launches, evaluating impact, and proposing enhancements.
- Solid understanding of Agile Development and Scrum methodologies, with a user-centric approach to web interface usability.
