Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model

Salary: From 21,000 PLN gross per month, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Cove platform experience from concept through release and end of service.
• Deliver Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, including onboarding, provisioning, de-provisioning, conversion, and alignment with shared login services.
• Define and deliver custom user roles and granular permissions, including role migration, partner communication, and enablement for Sales and Support.
• Improve the trial-to-paid journey from sign-up and provisioning through expiration, conversion, cleanup, and metric tracking.
• Manage platform capabilities including notifications, alerts, billing transparency, subscription information, custom branding, and legacy UI migration.
• Work with engineering, UX, Sales, Support, and Billing Operations to prioritize data-informed increments and resolve product trade-offs.

Requirements

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally for MSPs or IT professionals.
• Experience shipping products with distributed Agile engineering teams and collaborating effectively with engineers and architects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic, and operational execution skills.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technical domains quickly and reason clearly about product trade-offs.
• Customer empathy, clear communication, and effective collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Support, and business functions.
