Senior Influencer Executive

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day operations and growth of the German influencer programme.
• Shape and execute influencer strategy in alignment with EU and global Myprotein objectives.
• Source, recruit, and manage German creators and talent agents across influencer tiers.
• Plan and deliver integrated influencer campaigns from briefing and approvals through content collection, analysis, and learnings.
• Track engagement, reach, conversions, ROI, discount codes, tracking links, promotional offers, payments, and budgets.
• Collaborate with content, brand, commercial, paid media, product marketing, events, social, and CRM teams.

Requirements

• Native-level German written and spoken.
• Business-level English written and spoken.
• At least 2 years of influencer marketing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of German social media platforms, fitness culture, the German fitness industry, and emerging creator trends.
• Understanding of influencer marketing for brand awareness, content creation, customer acquisition, and commercial value.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.
