TL;DR
Software Development Engineer 3 (DaaS Configurator) (Snowflake/Databricks/Redshift): Building and configuring client data delivery solutions, workflows, and database integrations within a DaaS platform with an accent on translating business requirements into scalable technical configurations. Focus on validating client dataset deliveries, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting EST business hours.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico; availability to support EST business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST is required, with occasional off-hours production support.

What you will do
- Configure and implement client solutions within the DaaS platform.
- Build and maintain data delivery workflows and database integrations.
- Analyze requirements, scope, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Support client dataset deliveries and validate configurations against quality standards.
- Troubleshoot delivery and production issues.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams through project discussions, status updates, and peer reviews.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software development, data delivery, or configuration roles.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and data delivery processes.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and/or Redshift.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency at B2 or higher and availability during EST business hours are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and SFTP.
- GCP experience.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical data and datasets.
- Familiarity with Agile development environments.
