Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead assigned production shifts and coordinate daily manufacturing activities, workforce allocation, resources, and production schedules.
• Enforce EHS policies, maintain a safe and compliant workplace, and promote safety awareness through coaching and corrective actions.
• Partner with Quality to maintain product specifications, GMP, food safety, internal procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate production deviations and non-conformances, support CAPA, and maintain accurate production records.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality, and other stakeholders to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Prepare shift reports and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science, Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing leadership role, including supervision of production teams.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, food safety requirements, and production operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP and very good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good command of English, written and verbal, is required.

• Experience in food, beverage, ingredients, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge of CAPA processes and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Experience building high-performing teams and developing employees.
