What you will do

• Provide administrative support for the sales function and one or more account officers.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions related to establishing, documenting, maintaining, and servicing account relationships.
• Advise clients and internal partners on banking products and services.
• Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account problems.
• Prepare accurate documentation, memos, and correspondence for clients, officers, attorneys, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental systems and technology, train others when needed, and make routine decisions in an officer's absence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of experience in a clerical support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, planning, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build and expand internal and external customer relationships.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
