What you will do

• Perform routine, non-routine, and stability testing of biologic drug substances.
• Conduct ELISA, cell-based, potency, and Biacore assays, and capture and analyze data using laboratory software and electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Prepare, review, and maintain GMP-compliant records, reports, SOPs, protocols, and regulatory documentation.
• Support laboratory operations through equipment maintenance, housekeeping, stock management, trend analysis, and investigation of technical and out-of-specification issues.
• Support method development, validation, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and implementation of laboratory best practices.
• Communicate findings with internal and external clients, participate in meetings, and support wider laboratory operations.

Requirements

• Degree or higher qualification in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience in a bioanalytical laboratory working to GMP, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Practical experience with ELISA, aseptic techniques, cell-based and potency assays, cell culture, Vi-Cell or manual cell counting, luminescence-based assays, and flow cytometry.
• Ability to apply basic statistical analysis, maintain data integrity, and deliver accurate, right-first-time results.
• Strong documentation, organization, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience testing pharmaceutical drug substances and working with Biacore assays.
