Location: Office-based at the HQ in Desio, Milan, Italy
Salary: €700 per month, plus €7-per-day meal vouchers

International contract research organization providing clinical research services for drug-related trials, medical devices, pharmacovigilance, data management, quality assurance, and training.
What you will do
- Support the planning and coordination of internal and external employee training.
- Maintain training records and update learning activities in internal systems.
- Assist with onboarding and induction plans for new employees.
- Manage employee remote working agreements and update the organizational chart.
- Support corporate e-learning platforms and employee skills assessments.
- Coordinate employee CV updates and assist with audits, inspections, and HR documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree, preferably in HR, business, psychology, or a related field.
- Native Italian and excellent written and spoken English required.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
