What you will do

• Execute fixed income transactions accurately and on time in line with trading policies.
• Manage the trading desk and support less experienced traders.
• Communicate trade details to brokers, authorized personnel, and internal operational staff.
• Provide portfolio managers and investment professionals with market trends and security information.
• Support portfolio construction and client presentations.
• Identify risk-related issues and maintain internal control and audit standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of fixed income trading experience.
• Alternatively, 6 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including at least 2 years of fixed income trading experience.
• Work from Wilmington, Delaware, United States of America.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of fixed income trading experience.
• Current pursuit of an MBA, CFA, or CPA.
