What you will do

• Identify opportunities to create data-driven business value across the company.
• Ensure Data Tribe activities comply with engineering guidelines.
• Develop data management and data governance guidelines.
• Consult on data-driven ways of working across the Data Tribe and the wider organization.
• Lead the Data Tribe and mentor and coach the corresponding Team Leads.
• Manage data infrastructure and analytics while ensuring data governance, data integrity, and support for ICT operations.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Science, Mathematics, or a similar field.
• Excellent knowledge of data science and machine learning models.
• Excellent knowledge of data-driven business applications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Several years of data project management and people management experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
