Project Manager - Energy Projects (Renewable Energy) (Solar/BESS and Energy Efficiency): Leading the delivery of renewable energy and energy efficiency construction projects across South, East and Central Europe with an accent on project governance, tender management, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on managing multimillion-euro projects, mitigating delivery risks, integrating project controls, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Location: Glyfada, Attica, Greece; based in Athens, Greece

What you will do
- Oversee a portfolio of renewable energy and energy efficiency construction projects, coordinating internal teams and third-party contractors.
- Lead tender preparation, technical and commercial proposal coordination, risk assessment, negotiation, and contract award activities.
- Manage project controls, integrated schedules, dependencies, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and critical-path tracking.
- Control project budgets, accounting, costs, and risk mitigation plans.
- Maintain communication with customers and internal and external stakeholders while managing contractual obligations.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality, industry, customer, and jurisdictional standards across the project portfolio.
Requirements
- Engineering degree.
- More than 7 years of experience managing large-scale construction or energy projects, including third-party work scopes.
- Experience with solar and BESS plants, industrial power, electrical or mechanical construction, facility infrastructure, renovations, retrofits, building controls, automation, or energy services.
- Experience with project management methodologies and digital tools such as MS Project, Procore, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, communication, team leadership, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards, mechanical and electrical systems, engineering regulations, practices, and codes.
- Proactive problem-solving, multitasking, resilience, and strong presentation skills.
