What you will do

• Translate business challenges into actionable data science insights and AI proof of concepts.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, prepare, and analyze data.
• Develop analytical content supporting personalization, customer profiling, service automation, products, features, sales, and services.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for maintaining and supporting contributed data products.
• Present complex modeling concepts and findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with IT on industrializing solutions and putting them into production.

Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on professional experience in machine learning and data science.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations research, data science, or computer science.
• Proficiency in selecting machine learning techniques and familiarity with multiple ML methodologies, toolkits, and programming languages such as Python.
• Ability to identify data pitfalls and biases and move between rapid prototyping and robust software engineering.
• Ability to quantify business impact, prioritize critical issues, and communicate findings clearly.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Experience with ML industrialization practices.
