Senior Software Engineer, Platform (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Build and optimize low-level platform components, including networking, storage, task scheduling, and foundational infrastructure systems.
• Design and implement efficient performance-sensitive code in Linux user space or kernel space.
• Contribute architectural guidance for distributed computing, high-performance storage, and cloud computing.
• Conduct collaborative code reviews and performance testing focused on IO and storage throughput.

Requirements

• Mastery of low-level C/C++ development on Linux systems.
• Extensive experience with networking concepts and protocols, including UDP, TCP, InfiniBand, Ethernet, and RDMA.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience on Linux-based systems.
• Experience working with complex, large-scale, and/or distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with DPDK, eBPF/XDP, libfabric, storage systems, SSDs, or SPDK.
• Knowledge of deep networking, kernel driver development, and highly distributed systems.
• Familiarity with SMB, NFS, S3, NVMe, Linux filesystems, memory management, NUMA, shared memory, and huge pages.
