Senior Delivery Solutions Architect (Data and AI)

What you will do

• Define technical execution strategies for high-value customer accounts spanning multiple use cases, business units, geographies, and product areas.
• Advise customer architects, technical leaders, and director- and vice president-level stakeholders.
• Design secure, governed, scalable, production-ready architectures while balancing performance, cost, reliability, and long-term platform strategy.
• Coordinate Databricks, customer, and implementation partner teams to accelerate adoption and strategic outcomes.
• Lead complex technical escalations and establish standards for security, governance, developer experience, and operational excellence.
• Create reusable technical frameworks and assets, mentor DSAs, and contribute to technical enablement and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, professional services, data engineering, or a related senior technical role.
• Experience leading technical strategy and architecture for high-value or highly complex customer environments.
• Deep expertise in one or more Data and AI domains, distributed data systems, and cloud architectures.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, or similar languages.
• Experience designing secure, governed, scalable architectures across cloud and enterprise environments, with strong cross-functional leadership skills.
• Full professional proficiency in Japanese is mandatory. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.

• External technical thought leadership through blogs, conferences, summits, seminars, or industry events.
