Reagent Filling Supervisor

Salary: $83,000–$90,000 USD annual, plus bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of machine operators to meet production demands.
• Supervise reagent filling for immunodiagnostic reagent packs used in clinical diagnostic tools.
• Monitor multiple manufacturing production runs and support schedule attainment and on-time delivery.
• Support investigations into manufacturing nonconformances and material supply issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements while following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Perform documented activities using basic analytical skills and operational data.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 8+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail in activities and documentation.
• Effective communication with co-workers.
• Basic computer skills for data management and laboratory processes.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry materials weighing up to 30 lb.

Nice to have

• Several years of experience in a regulated industry.
