What you will do

• Lead IT infrastructure strategy and oversee infrastructure teams and employees across multiple locations.
• Direct the design, implementation, maintenance, and scaling of secure infrastructure solutions.
• Orchestrate cloud migration and server virtualization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce infrastructure costs.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, service quality, and contract negotiations.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.
• Advise senior leadership on technology trends and coordinate infrastructure initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 20 years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 10 years as an architect and 5 years as a team lead.
• Experience with team leadership, performance management, budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, strategic planning, and execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must work from the United States.

Nice to have

• IT infrastructure strategy and management, cloud computing, cloud migration, and ITIL best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of web servers, load balancers, WAF, networking, routing, switching, firewalls, and Internet protocols.
• Knowledge of microservices, cloud-native services, DNS, Active Directory, and Windows/Linux environments.
