Consultant in HR & Change

Location: Antwerp, Belgium; temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad may be required.

What you will do

• Deliver change management activities for customer programs and projects, including communication, training, support plans, and digital or collaborative strategies.
• Work on HR organization, HR performance management, CSR, and HR KPI initiatives.
• Support HR development activities such as recruitment, career development, and training.
• Manage and implement HR tools and information systems.
• Prepare HR studies and documents, and support negotiation preparation.
• Contribute to change management offer development and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• University Master’s degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 0.5–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest and experience in HR and change management.
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, collaboration skills, autonomy, rigor, and result orientation.
• Fluent or native Dutch and English are mandatory.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.
