What you will do

• Translate instructional and educational content into visual concepts, storyboards, and design directions.
• Create static graphics, infographics, diagrams, and course assets that support learning objectives.
• Develop data visualizations that make numbers and complex topics accessible and engaging.
• Apply composition, typography, color, hierarchy, and layout principles across educational materials.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to select effective visual approaches for learning objectives.
• Use AI tools to generate ideas, explore creative options, and accelerate production while managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals, including composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout.
• Experience creating purposeful data visualizations, charts, infographics, and diagrams.
• Ability to identify narratives and insights in complex information and translate them into understandable visual concepts.
• Interest in experimenting with AI-powered creative tools and incorporating them into the design process.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and collaborative skills.
