C++ Architect

What you will do

• Shape the security architecture of a large-scale healthcare product used in on-premise environments.
• Analyze security requirements across software, system, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure domains.
• Design secure approaches for file processing, database access, authentication, external integrations, and other trust boundaries.
• Assess architectural dependencies, technical impact, implementation complexity, and risks.
• Guide developers, review technical solutions, and maintain compatibility with the legacy architecture.
• Collaborate with security specialists and client stakeholders on prioritization, decisions, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture and enterprise system design.
• Proven experience designing solutions for large-scale monolithic applications.
• Advanced experience with legacy C++ codebases and architectural patterns.
• Familiarity with Qt-based desktop applications and on-premise enterprise environments.
• Experience introducing changes into mature systems while maintaining stability and business continuity.
• Strong understanding of memory management, concurrency, threading, and security implementation layers.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or security-sensitive products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
