Overview

Join a technical team automating and integrating enterprise IT and business platforms. Report to a Senior Manager, Software Engineering, and help streamline and automate processes in finance, HR, legal, and enterprise technology.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders and operations teams to discover and manage work.
• Model and implement efficient data structures and integrations aligned with business needs.
• Monitor and optimize processes for simplification and efficacy.
• Align product delivery teams to implement cross-organizational workflows.
• Collaborate with external platform vendors to align product roadmaps with internal needs.
• Create and validate processes, documentation, and runbooks for sustainability.
• Inform company strategies on integration platforms and methodologies.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years experience with iPaaS or integration technologies such as Workato, ServiceNow, Mulesoft, Boomi, Zapier, Kafka.
• 6+ years integration architecture experience in PubSub, SOA, Event Bus, and related methodologies.
• 6+ years integrating enterprise applications in Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, Legal.
• 6+ years information architecture, modeling, and implementation experience.
• 3-8+ years software engineering experience with SQL, Javascript, Go, Python.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, or Disciplined Agile frameworks.
• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and interaction with large audiences.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Coupa, Concur, OneStream, and ERP solutions (Oracle preferred).
• 5+ years experience in API implementation and management.
• Participation in standards bodies for vertical domains.
• Strong motivation towards continuous improvement.
